Acceptable Use Policy
Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services

Customers (including Permitted
Users) are prohibited from engaging in the activities described in this
Acceptable Use Policy when using any of the online services (the �Online Services�) that link to this policy.
Use of the Online Services is governed by the terms
and conditions of the Microsoft Online Services Agreement (the �Agreement�) along
with any Additional Terms referenced in the Agreement.� A copy of the Agreement can be obtained by
clicking here. � Microsoft may modify this policy at any time
by posting a revised version on the Online Services Portal for the applicable
Online Service.� By using the Online Services, Customer agrees to the latest
version of this Acceptable Use Policy.�
If Customer (or any of its Permitted Users) violates this Acceptable Use
Policy or authorizes or helps others to do so, Microsoft may suspend or
de-provision Customer�s (including its Permitted Users�) access to and use of
the Online Services.�
All terms used in
this policy with the initial letters capitalized will have the same meaning
given to them in the Agreement.�
This
Acceptable Use Policy includes the following sections:
No Unlawful Use. The Online Services
cannot be used in any way that violates applicable law, including:
�
Illegal activity such as child
pornography, gambling, piracy, violating copyright, trademark or other
intellectual property laws;
�
Facilitating or furthering unlawful
conduct;
�
Accessing or authorizing anyone on the
U.S. Government�s Lists
to Check to access the service (see https://www.azure.cn/zh-cn/support/legal
for additional information);
�
Threatening, stalking, defaming,
defrauding, degrading, victimizing or intimidating anyone for any reason; or
�
Invading anyone's privacy by attempting to
harvest, collect, store, or publish Personal Information.
No Harmful Use. These Online Services cannot be
used in any way that could harm them, Microsoft or its Affiliates or impair use
of the Online Services by others. �Some
examples of harmful activities that Microsoft does not permit include:
- using the Online Services to try to gain unauthorized
access to any service, data, account, computer or network by any means;
- disrupting accounts, computers or networks related to
the Online Services;
- obtaining or trying to obtain any data (including
Customer Data) through any means from the Online Service, except if
Microsoft intends to provide or make it available;
- using access to the Online Services to obtain any data
to design, develop or update unauthorized software or services;
- any
attempt to gain unauthorized access to an Online Service, acting to deny
others access to an Online Service, or authorizing any third party to
access or use the Online Services on a user�s behalf (such as anyone
without a license or revealing username and password);
�
any attempt to gain (or cause a third
party to gain) unauthorized access to a tenant or user specific data or
information stored on Microsoft�s System;
�
using any automated process or service to access, attempt to
access or use the Online Services (such as a BOT, scripts, web crawlers,
spiders, periodic caching of information stored in the Online Services or on
Microsoft�s System, or �meta-searching�);
�
using any unauthorized means to modify or reroute, or attempt to
modify or reroute, any of the Online Services;
�
damaging, disabling,
overburdening or impairing any of the Online Services (or the technologies, Microsoft�s
System or any network(s) connected to the Online Services) or interfering with
anyone�s use and enjoyment of the Online Services;
�
sublicensing, reselling or
redistributing the Online Services, or any part of the Online Services or
making the Online Services available to any third party in any way, unless
Microsoft expressly permits Customer to do so in the Agreement or under another
agreement with Microsoft;
�
using any unauthorized third-party software or service to access,
or attempt to access, the Online Services; or
�
charging others to use the Online Services directly or indirectly.
No Inappropriate Use. Examples of inappropriate
activities when using the Online Services include:
- using any Online Service
is designed for use in a demo or Non-Production Environment to process
actual commercial transactions;
- accessing (or
attempt to access) the Online Services for purpose of monitoring its
availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking
or competitive purposes;
- accessing (or
attempt to access) any of the Online Services by any means other than
through the user interface Microsoft provides, unless Customer is specifically
allowed to do so under a separate agreement with Microsoft;
- reproducing,
renting, leasing, lending, reselling or hosting to or for third parties
any Online Service, unless Customer is expressly permitted to do so under
a separate agreement with Microsoft;
- falsifying any user
credentials, email header information or in any way misrepresenting Customer�s
(including its Permitted Users�) identity, such as misrepresenting the
source of any Customer Data that Customer (including its Permitted Users) �Share with the Online Services or uploading
or impersonating another individual or entity, such as with
"spoofing";
- creating Internet
�links� to any of the Online Services or �framing� or �mirroring� any
content of the Online Services on any other server or wireless or
Internet-based device;
- removing, modifying,
or tampering with any regulatory or legal notice (including copyright and
trademark notice) or link that is affixed to or contained within the Online
Services; or
�
using
the Online Services to distribute any offering or link designed to violate
these terms (e.g., enable sending of spam, enable denial of service attacks,
etc.).
No Working around Limitations.
Customer (including any Permitted User) will not work around any of the technical or
functional limitations in the Online Services or Microsoft�s System (including,
but not necessarily limited to, software, hardware, products, processes,
algorithms, user interfaces, know-how, techniques, designs and other tangible
or intangible technical material or information).� Each Online Service may have different
technical or functional limitations.� For example, some of the Online Services may
limit the number of Customer�s users who may access or use an Online Services,
the number of environments or data collection uploads available for an Online
Service, the number of transactions Customer can process through the Online
Services, while others may limit the maximum storage space Microsoft�s makes
available to Customer, how long Microsoft retains an inactive Subscription (i.e.,
one where Customer does not sign into the Online Services for an extended
period of time), or the number and size of documents that may be Shared with
the Online Services. Review the Online Service Description or visit the Online
Service Portal for details on the limits for a particular service.� Read the Service Description for a particular
Online Service to learn more about any limits that may apply to that service.
No Spam. The Online Services cannot be used to distribute, transmit
or deliver, either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk email or
unsolicited commercial email (i.e., spam). Customer will not use the Services
in any way that violates Microsoft�s Anti-Spam Policy.
�
If Microsoft believes that
unauthorized or improper use is being made of the Services, it may, without
notice and as it determines, take such action as it deems appropriate,
including blocking communications from a particular internet domain, mail
server or IP address. Violation of this Acceptable use Policy may result in the
suspension or deprovision of the Online Services
pursuant to the Cancellation,
Suspension and Deprovision Policy.�

Microsoft
reserves the right to amend or change this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
Nothing in this policy grants or is intended to grant any rights in the Online Services.
�Failure to enforce this policy in every
instance does not amount to a waiver of Microsoft�s rights.
Report Policy Violations.� Please report violations of this Acceptable
Use Policy to Customer
Support for the Online Services. �Include the words "Acceptable Use Policy Abuse
� Online Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP" in the subject.
